Paul played on Back in the USSR and Dear Prudence. This was when Ringo quit in August 1968, returning later after the songs were recorded. John and George also added some drum parts to Back in the USSR which can be heard in the left channel.

So it seems. I know Ringo left for a short period during the White Album sessions but I guess I always assumed none of the "filled in" drums actually made it onto the album. Thanks for info- there's a little more info here for those (like me) who were not aware of this:

He made a fortune selling smokeless ashtrays and pocket fisherman fishing rods.
